Contacting Us
To chat with our sales team about tailored solutions click Contact Us.
Enter your information in the Contact Sales form and select the products you're interested in and click Send Request.
Someone from our sales team will contact you shortly.
Start using Vinpoint
To begin a free trial click Start Trial.
To begin your subscription click Subscribe Now.
Next you'll be directed to create your user account. Enter your information, check the box to complete the captcha, and click Continue.
You'll then see a message asking you to check your email address. Feel free to check your email account for a new message and click the Verify your email address link in the email.
Once you verify your email address, you'll be greeted with a thank you message, click Continue to Log in.
At the Vinpoint login screen, enter the email and password you created during the sign-up process.
Subscribe Now
If you've chosen to subscribe today, after logging in, you'll be presented with a page for you to choose your subscription term and add your billing and payment information.
Choose your preferred billing term, read and agree to the EULA and Privacy Policy, enter your billing information, and click Next.
Enter your payment information and click Subscribe Now.
Thank you for subscribing, click Next to continue.
You'll be presented with a page for you to create your organization. Enter the information and click Continue.
Next you'll be able to create your first dealership. Enter the information and click Continue.
Now you're ready to start using Vinpoint.
Start Trial
If you've signed up for a free trial, after logging in, you'll be presented with a page for you to create your organization. Enter the information and click Continue.
Next you'll be able to create your first dealership. Enter the information and click Continue.
After these setup screens, you'll be able to start using Vinpoint. You can then click Continue to Vinpoint. At this point, feel free to download the Vinpoint Mobile app on your Android or iPhone.
Getting Started with Vinpoint on Your Computer
(We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for best compatibility)
At your first login, you'll see a welcome banner giving you a series of instructions to help you get started using Vinpoint.

If you have questions about using Vinpoint or have trouble, please contact our friendly Sales or Support teams via Phone or Email. For subscribers, you can also ask for help anytime with the chat option at the bottom right of Vinpoint.
If you signed up for a trial, you'll have 30 days to try Vinpoint and see how it can benefit you and your organization.
If you're trying out our 30 day free trial, you can subscribe anytime by clicking Subscribe now in the top left corner. After the 30-day trial period ends, you'll be prompted to Select a Subscription to continue using Vinpoint.
Choose your preferred billing term, read and agree to the EULA and Privacy Policy, enter your billing information, and click Next.
Enter your payment information and click Subscribe Now.
You're all set to continue using Vinpoint.
Getting Started with the Vinpoint Mobile App
First, download the Vinpoint Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Once you've opened the app, enter the email and password you created during the sign-up process and tap Log In.
If you've added multiple dealerships to your organization (paid subscribers only) you'll be asked to select which dealership you'd like to check in to.
Once you've selected your dealership, tap Check In.
Start by reviewing the Welcome to Vinpoint swipe through tutorial. This tutorial will help you navigate key features and functionalities in the app such as adding team members or scanning vehicles.
If you're trying out our 30 day free trial, you can subscribe anytime by opening the admin menu and tapping Subscribe now in the top left corner.
If you want to learn more about how to use the mobile app, open the admin menu and tap Help Center.
