Managing Dealership Licenses
Adjusting Your License Count
To manage your dealership licenses, click on your account name in the top right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
Click the Manage Licenses button in the Dealership Licenses section.

Use the + and - buttons to select your desired license count then click Update License Count.

Important:
- You cannot reduce your license count below the number included with your plan tier (1 for Starter, 5 for Professional)
- If you need fewer licenses than are currently in use, delete dealerships first
If You're Adding Licenses
Review the charges and click Upgrade Now to complete the purchase. You'll be charged immediately for the prorated amount, and your new monthly rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle.

If You're Removing Licenses
Review the changes and click Update Subscription to confirm. Your new monthly rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle.

Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrading from Starter to Professional
To upgrade your plan, click on your account name in the top right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu. Then click the Manage Subscription button.
You'll see your current plan details and a comparison of available plans. Click the Upgrade Now button to begin the upgrade process.

What happens to your licenses:
- If you currently have 5 or fewer dealership licenses, they're all included in the Professional plan at no additional cost
- The Professional plan includes 5 dealership licenses. If you have more than 5, the additional licenses will be added at the Professional rate during checkout
Review the charges and click Upgrade Now to complete your upgrade. You'll be charged immediately for the prorated amount, and your new monthly rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrading from Professional to Starter
To downgrade your plan, click on your account name in the top right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu. Then click the Manage Subscription button.
You'll see your current plan details and a comparison of available plans. Click the Downgrade button to begin the downgrade process.

If you have more than 1 dealership license, you'll see a warning that the plan change will affect your dealership licensing costs. You have three options:
- Cancel - Return to subscription management without making changes
- Manage Dealerships - Adjust your dealership count
- Continue - Proceed with the downgrade keeping your current license count

What happens to your licenses
- You'll keep all your current dealership licenses
- If you have more than 1 license, you'll continue paying for the additional licenses at the Starter rate
- Your license count won't change unless you manually adjust it
Important: The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There is no immediate charge - your new rate will begin on your next renewal date.
Review the changes and click Update Subscription to confirm your downgrade.

Canceling Your Subscription
Starting the Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, click on your account name in the top right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu. Then click the Manage Subscription button.
Click the Cancel Subscription button on your current plan card.

Review Cancellation
Next, you can either continue cancellation or contact us to talk through options or problems.

If you're experiencing issues or have questions, you can click Contact Us to send our team a message. We may be able to help resolve your concerns without needing to cancel.

If you decide to proceed with cancellation, click the Cancel Subscription button.
Confirm Cancellation
Review and make your choice here.
- Keep subscription - Return to subscription management without canceling
- Yes, cancel my subscription - Finalize the cancellation

After confirming, your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have full access to Vinpoint until that date.
Restarting a Canceled Subscription
To restart your subscription, click on your account name in the top right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu. Then click the Restart Subscription button.

Check both boxes to agree to the EULA and Privacy Policy and to confirm the recurring charges. Then click Agree to restart your subscription.

Your subscription will be reactivated immediately, and you'll be charged on your next billing date.
